The client sought to migrate the existing motion system—comprising the controller, motors, and cables—on two production lines. Their existing solution relied on discontinued components from ELAU, posing risks in terms of maintenance and system reliability. The proposed solution
Zatea proposed implementing Schneider Electric’s PacDrive3 solution, a new motion control platform. The upgrade also included replacing the existing safety system and updating the SCADA system to incorporate servo diagnostics.
