About the role
As a Compliance Engineer, you will be pivotal in helping our clients navigate the complex regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical industry.
We assist our clients with validation strategies, planning, and execution, whether they are implementing new systems, upgrading existing ones, or decommissioning outdated systems. You’ll be vital in guiding them through these processes, ensuring every step aligns with regulations and requirements.
You’ll also become familiar with various clients’ QMS systems and tailor compliance solutions to their needs.
Key responsabilities
- Provide expert consulting services on IT and OT compliance during system implementation, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Develop and review validation strategies, test plans, and test strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements.
- Understand and apply clients’ QMS systems, integrating regulatory requirements accordingly.
- Offer clear and actionable guidance on compliance issues, ensuring our clients stay ahead in their regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
What you bring
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT/OT compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise with regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

About the role
We are looking for a structured Lead Automation Engineer with a strong technical foundation and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
You will become a key figure in our projects and will be responsible for driving automation tasks from concept to delivery. The role combines deep technical insight with project management, coordination, and customer interaction. You will work closely with customers, colleagues, and management—and have significant influence on both technical solutions and project direction.
Your daily base will be at our headquarters in Skovlunde, and the position will include travel activity as part of the company’s project deliveries.
Key responsabilities
- Preparation of technical solutions and quotations
- Managing automation projects of varying sizes from start to finish
- Planning, coordination, and follow-up with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Preparation of test plans and documentation
- Technical sparring and support with colleagues and customers
- Ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Sharing knowledge and acting as a mentor for younger colleagues
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the automation field.
- PLC programming, SCADA/HMI systems, and servo control systems.
- Experience from working in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of GAMP, GMP, and validation
- Experience with project management and customer dialogue (Can maintain an overview in complex projects and coordinate tasks).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

IT/OT Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and driven Information & Operations Technology (IT/OT) Engineer to join our Operations team. The IT/OT Engineer will create and implement solutions to improve operational performance, support and enhance capability and deliver and maintain technology systems in the manufacturing facilities.
Responsabilities
We expect you to :
- Act as a technical resource to the plants and engineering group to support and deliver technical services and Controls Automation solutions to resolve manufacturing issues and improve operational performance.
- Understand Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Windows-based PCs and VMs, and industrial network architectures and how to apply these technologies to a dairy manufacturing environment effectively.
- Actively collaborate as a team member in a high-performance cross-functional work environment, including plant and regional manufacturing technical resources, engineering and IT.
- Act as a leader to support and drive the adoption and implementation of IT/OT standards across the manufacturing enterprise.
- Understand and have experience in manufacturing processes in industrial plants, electrical control systems, equipment and machinery.
- Develop, plan and execute technical solutions, including the scope of work estimates, participate in proposal review and provide timely status updates.
- Provide leadership in knowledge transfer and implementation of approved standards and practices for IT/OT systems, including network implementation, PLCs and field devices, and IT systems.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to effectively resolve issues and deliver sustainable solutions in collaboration with plant technical peers.
- Facilitate and support the numerous manufacturing process and control systems within Operations, collaborating with Engineering, IT, Operations and Corporate management and vendor resources.
- Provided production support and maintenance for enterprise systems, including environmental health and safety, OEE and plant key performance metrics, process controls and automation, reporting and analytics systems for operations, and others as directed.
Competences We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in the Pharma industry
- Good English skills – both in speaking and writing.
- Track record of solid people/team development.
- Establishing and maintaining robust and effective team relationships with multiple organizational levels across manufacturing sites and corporations.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation standards.
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines and see projects through to completion.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with electrical and control systems and associated programming.
- Experience developing PLC and HMI solutions and specifying hardware and software for controls and automation projects.
- Some travel should be expected as our customers have production facilities on several continents.
