Project Manager

IT/OT Engineer

Responsabilities
- Identify Issues and Opportunities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement in our customers’ decision-making processes.
- Propose and implement innovative Automation and IT solutions to address identified challenges.
- Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with our clients to understand their manufacturing processes, goals, and challenges.
- Provide expert advice on state-of-the-art Automation and IT solutions, building solid and lasting relationships.
- Insights Delivery:
- Based on your work and insights, empower our customers with the information needed to enhance their manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure that project deliverables align with customer expectations and industry best practices.
- International Collaboration:
- Join an international team of highly skilled professionals based in Denmark, Spain and Ireland.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across borders to leverage diverse perspectives and expertise.
Competences We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience with project management
- 5+ years of experience in the Pharma industry
- Good English skills – both in speaking and writing.
- Analytical approach with a solid ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel ten days per year.

IT/OT Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and driven Information & Operations Technology (IT/OT) Engineer to join our Operations team. The IT/OT Engineer will create and implement solutions to improve operational performance, support and enhance capability and deliver and maintain technology systems in the manufacturing facilities.
Responsabilities
We expect you to :
- Act as a technical resource to the plants and engineering group to support and deliver technical services and Controls Automation solutions to resolve manufacturing issues and improve operational performance.
- Understand Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Windows-based PCs and VMs, and industrial network architectures and how to apply these technologies to a dairy manufacturing environment effectively.
- Actively collaborate as a team member in a high-performance cross-functional work environment, including plant and regional manufacturing technical resources, engineering and IT.
- Act as a leader to support and drive the adoption and implementation of IT/OT standards across the manufacturing enterprise.
- Understand and have experience in manufacturing processes in industrial plants, electrical control systems, equipment and machinery.
- Develop, plan and execute technical solutions, including the scope of work estimates, participate in proposal review and provide timely status updates.
- Provide leadership in knowledge transfer and implementation of approved standards and practices for IT/OT systems, including network implementation, PLCs and field devices, and IT systems.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to effectively resolve issues and deliver sustainable solutions in collaboration with plant technical peers.
- Facilitate and support the numerous manufacturing process and control systems within Operations, collaborating with Engineering, IT, Operations and Corporate management and vendor resources.
- Provided production support and maintenance for enterprise systems, including environmental health and safety, OEE and plant key performance metrics, process controls and automation, reporting and analytics systems for operations, and others as directed.
Competences We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in the Pharma industry
- Good English skills – both in speaking and writing.
- Track record of solid people/team development.
- Establishing and maintaining robust and effective team relationships with multiple organizational levels across manufacturing sites and corporations.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation standards.
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines and see projects through to completion.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with electrical and control systems and associated programming.
- Experience developing PLC and HMI solutions and specifying hardware and software for controls and automation projects.
- Some travel should be expected as our customers have production facilities on several continents.
