René Pejstrup
CEO
René, Zatea’s co-CEO, brings more than 20 years of experience within process and production IT. He has very strong validation knowledge and experience with hands-on execution, from complex program projects to smaller standalone processes. René can set the direction and standard for validation packages from start until ready for production, and he is often asked to take the lead. René is very good at simplifying complex tasks and has a solid ability to embrace cross-cultural work environments and guide big projects in the same direction.
Jakob R. Steen
CEO
Our co-CEO Jakob has two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical IT and Automation section. Jakob can match our customers’ needs with the right team, approach, and solution. Jakob draws on deep technical know-how for machine functionality and system architectures and can navigate perfectly in complex environments. Jakob operates in IT and OT domains and has a proven record of successfully integrating solutions.
Martin Rasmussen
IT/OT Specialist
Our Sr. IT/OT Specialist, Martin, has over 20 years of experience in IT and Automation. Martin works with many different technologies, hardware, and software platforms to optimise and innovate projects at customer sites. Martin is not afraid of taking on new technologies, and his ability to spot new opportunities and smarter ways of doing things makes him a very strong asset. Martin has has an eye for trouble shooting and finding good simple solutions even in complex environments.
Magnus Jacobsen
IT/OT Specialist
Magnus is a very skilled IT/OT specialist with a strong intuition for machines and automation systems. At Zatea, Magnus works with our most significant retrofit projects in all disciplines, from the design and programming of PLC, SCADA, and Motion Control to the retrofit systems and integration validation. Magnus is not afraid of taking on new challenges and is very eager to help and find solutions. Magnus often gets a central role during implementation and always brings a positive attitude to his surroundings.
Michael Nielsen
IT/OT Specialist
Michael works as a senior IT/OT specialist. With over 20 years of experience, he takes on many roles, from solution architect for extensive project programs to hands-on troubleshooting and support. Michael always has an excellent overview and can execute validation or technical projects/tasks, including automation and IT disciplines. Michael can match our customer’s needs with the right solution. Michael is highly curious about new technologies and possibilities without compromising the focus, which often adds extra dimensions to his deliveries.
Malene R. Steen
Project Director
Malene has over 20 years of experience as a project director and solution architect, with knowledge and experience in the supply chain, business, and complex IT projects. She has experienced a proven track record of successfully delivering worldwide. Malenes projects often integrate and interact with many systems, including automatization/digitalization and development. Besides IT and digitalisation, Malene also has a deep understanding and intuition for the processes and system landscapes, ensuring the IT stuff makes sense in the real world. Malene has high personal drive and is self-driven; she coaches, sets standards, teaches, and makes others shine.
Peter Møller
IT/OT Specialist
Peter joined Zatea in 2023 as an IT/OT specialist, focusing on our most extensive retrofit and optimisation projects. Peter can apply both an analytic and hands-on approach to our projects. Peter is able to develop and implement structured software designs that make control systems robust and reliable for production 24/7. Peter is not afraid of solving any technical challenges, and he is able to take on all the disciplines, e.g. coordination, alignments with customers, engineering, hardware, software, validation, and implementation at the customer site.
